Hey guys!

As I am constantly moving and traveling around the world, I wanted to keep a journal to document all of my different experiences.  Just to warn you, you may get tired of all my talk about my husband, dance and food.   I recently have been excited about running and fitness and just trying to lead an overall healthy lifestyle. So far it has been a fun challenge for me! Join me on my journey!
